What is a self-booked trip?
That’s easy. It’s a flight or hotel that you purchase directly on Musafir Business using your credit card.
How does the best price guarantee work?
It’s simple. If you’re on our professional plan and you find a better price for an identical flight/hotel before you book it, we’ll match the price, subject to these terms.
How will I be charged?
If you’re on our professional plan, you will only pay the best price for each trip – not a penny more. Then, at the end of each month, you will be charged AED 39 × the number of travellers booked into trips in that month.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. We offer a startup plan and a full-featured 30-day trial of our professional plan with zero traveller fees.
Will I be charged for staff who don’t travel?
Absolutely not. We will only charge you for travellers who are booked into a trip. We don’t charge by staff.
Can I load my corporate rates online?
Of course. Write to us if you have corporate rate codes for flights, and we’ll set you up on our enterprise plan. We’ll support corporate rate codes for hotels soon too.
